Higher Ground Summer Camp is located at Swannanoa 4H Center 10 miles east of Asheville, North Carolina (170 Woodland Drive, Swannanoa, NC 28778).

It is less than 10 minutes off the I-40, it is very easy to get to:

Atlanta, Georgia  - 180 miles

Charlotte, North Carolina  - 100 miles

Nashville, Tennessee  - 241 miles

Raleigh, North Carolina  - 219 miles

DIRECTIONS (follow signs to Swannanoa 4H Center): 

From I-40, take Exit 59 (Swannanoa). Off the ramp, turn north.
RIGHT at the T (U.S. 70).
LEFT at the next light (Whitson).
Cross the Swannanoa River and turn RIGHT on Old U.S. 70.
Drive a mile. Turn LEFT on Eastwood (at the 4-H sign).
Bear RIGHT onto Woodland Drive (sign there too).
Enter the camp at the second yellow gate on the RIGHT
